What is covered

Mechanical and electrical failure in normal use: motors that stop lifting, a control box that fails, a keypad that stops responding, columns that bind or a frame that cracks.

Electronics are the most common failure point on any electric desk, which is why they are inside the five years rather than carved out of it.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, misuse, loading the desk beyond its rated capacity, commercial use outside normal office conditions, and normal cosmetic wear such as scratches to the desktop.

How to claim

Email your order number with a photo or short video of the problem. We diagnose from that wherever possible and send the replacement part — you do not post the desk back to us.

After the warranty

Spare parts remain available to buy after the warranty ends, so a failed handset in year twelve does not turn the desk into landfill.
