Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is free on orders over £50 to the postcode areas on our free-delivery list; the remaining UK postcodes carry a flat carrier surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay, except a few island postcodes, where we agree a delivery price with you before you order. We sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Payment is taken when you place the order, processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and Amazon Pay on every order. Klarna and Clearpay are available on personal (not business) orders, subject to their own eligibility checks and terms; if you pay with either, your repayment agreement is with that provider, and your rights against us — cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty — are unchanged.

When the contract forms

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error or a stock problem — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we allow 60 days on top of that for unused goods in their original packaging. See the returns page.

Liability and governing law

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
