The mechanics, up close.
Two motors do the lifting
One motor in each leg, synchronised through the crossbar controller. No belts, no single-motor lag — the whole desk rises as one at 30 mm/s, under 50 decibels, and stays level under an uneven load.

Your heights, on glass
Set your sitting and standing heights once. After that the touchscreen keypad moves the desk exactly there — one touch, no holding buttons, no guesswork. Child lock built in. The V2/V3 control box also puts USB-A and USB-C charging at the desk edge.

Twin telescoping steel columns cover 700–1200 mm — the right span for most people, sitting or standing. Notably tall or short? The 3-stage V3 reaches further at both ends.

How hard is assembly, honestly?+
Around 30 minutes with the included hex tools. The top arrives pre-drilled, and the frame bolts together in six steps. One person can do it; two make it easy.
How long do I have to change my mind?+
Sixty days from delivery — four times the statutory minimum. The desk needs to be unused and in its original packaging, so keep the boxes until you have decided. You arrange the return, or ask us for a collection quote. No restocking fee, refunded within 14 days of it reaching us.
When will it arrive?+
Order by 1pm Monday–Friday and it ships the same day for next-day delivery — free to most UK postcodes; a few areas carry a carrier surcharge and some islands are quoted individually, and checkout tells you which before you pay. At 140 × 70 cm it comes on one pallet by tail-lift lorry, delivered to ground level at your address — the driver doesn't carry it inside, so have a second pair of hands for the stairs.
Can I use my own desktop later?+
Yes — this frame adjusts to take a top 105–180 cm wide, so it outlives any single desktop.
Does it wobble at standing height?+
Every two-leg desk flexes slightly at full height — that's physics. The 2-stage steel columns and full-width crossbar keep this one steady enough to type on at maximum height. If yours ever feels loose: re-tighten the bolts after the first two weeks, and level the feet if it's on thick carpet.
Will I actually use the standing part?+
Fair question — people who stop standing usually stopped because switching was a chore. That's what the memory presets are for: one touch and it's at your height. Pair it with a rhythm (20 minutes sitting, 8 standing, 2 moving) and a mat, and the habit sticks. And if it turns out standing isn't for you, you have 60 days to send it back unused in its original packaging.
Can I clamp a monitor arm to it?+
Yes — the one-piece top takes standard clamps, and there are cable ports both sides at the rear. Re-tighten the clamp after the first few weeks; moving desks introduce gentle vibration.
What happens after a power cut?+
Your presets survive. If the desk needs it, the reset takes ten seconds: hold the down button until it reaches the bottom and clicks.
